Antique Sewing Dress Form Adjustable Mannequin Dummy Metal Skirt. Mannequin measures 61” in total height. 13” from shoulder to shoulder and 9” across the waist. I do not see any markings anywhere so I can’t say for sure exactly how old this is. This does swivel and adjust. The caster wheels do work also. Please look at pics closely for a better description.
