Terms and Conditions: Buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions when they pay for the items purchased. If the unit is damaged in shipment, the buyer is required to take pictures of the outside of the box prior to opening the box. In addition, the buyer agrees to take pictures on the damaged item and contact TWS thru eBay and request an RMA (Return Material authorization) prior to returning the item.  Also, should the item be damaged and need to be returned, the buyer must repackage the unit suitable for shipping and packed well before returning for shipment. If needed, the buyer could take the package to a local UPS packaging store and have them pack the item properly for travel. Upon receipt of the item and properly packed, we will issue a refund when requested. If the item is new in the box and you open the box only to find out it doesn't work in your application through no fault of the items sent, we reserve the right to charge an open box return fee.

Buyer agrees to all the Terms and Conditions when making payment. The shipping method will be standard UPS Ground unless modified by the buyer and additional fees may apply or depending on weight, may have to be shipped using freight which must be set up by the buyer.
Return Policy:
All returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Contact us should the item need to be returned to obtain an RMA. The item must be properly packed and packaged to arrive safely at our location. This may require you to take the item to a local UPS store that performs that service for you.  Should the item not arrive safely due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to contact eBay and disallow the refund.
